Our Customer Support agents will be unable to process any withdrawals so please allow 5 working days before contacting us.

Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen method of withdrawal.

ACH: It takes 3 to 5 working days for your financial institution to process the funds into the bank account.

Visa® Direct: While withdrawals are almost instant, please allow up to 24 hours.

Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals: Withdrawals can be instant, but please allow up to 24 hours to process

Paypal®: Please allow up to 24 hours for your withdrawal to transfer into your PayPal® account.

Apple Pay: Withdrawals may be credited immediately, but please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to become available

Trustly: Withdrawals for select banks can be nearly instant, but for other banks, they can take up to 24 hours to process. After approval, it may take an additional 1 to 3 business days for the funds to reach your account. 

You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to: Menu > Wallet >Transaction History. Once processed, they will show as Successful, when they have left our systems.

We will let you know via email once the money has been sent out, or if there is anything that we need before withdrawals can be processed.
